These include music, software, DVD’s and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Restocking FeeAll items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. ExchangesIf your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. Shipments to the Contiguous 48 US States

We understand that when you make an order, you want your item as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. Additionally, we work closely with our vendors in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse if that means you will get the product faster.

Items will have an availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Most products will be marked “In Stock – Ships within 24 Hours.” These products will ship same or next business day. The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship that day.

In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package.  We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.  For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Most orders will be shipped USPS, however we do utilize UPS, and FedEx as well.

Shipping Method Explanation

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. For a more specific delivery ETA based on the exact item(s) you want to purchase, please email us before placing an order.

Fast Standard Shipping

  • Delivery typically in one to five business days.

Three Day

  • Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week.

Second Day

  • Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.

Next Day

  • Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.

Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled “Order Received.” Once an order has a status of “Order Processed,” it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

PO Boxes

Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 3-5 business days processing prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service. Please contact customer service for the most accurate delivery estimates. Additionally, certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box depending on the policies of the receiving facility.

Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands will ship via the United States Postal Service. In some instances, packages may also ship via UPS Ground. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order.

Delivery Policy

Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please email us before placing your order.

Backorders

My Heart’s Appeal does not typically take back orders, however items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but My Heart’s Appeal will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.

International Orders

International Orders shipping outside the US

To place an international order, please add the items you are interested in to your shopping cart and utilize our standard checkout to place your order. Shipping costs and timeline will be calculated for your review prior to entering your payment information. International customers with questions email us for assistance.

International Shipping Policies

Orders shipping to an International destination will ship via USPS or UPS. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.
  • Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
  • International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
  • When “Fast International Shipping” method is selected, orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice (USPS, DHL, or UPS). Typical transit time will be 3-5 business days.
  • Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you in the checkout process on our site. If you are visiting the US we can ship any product to your hotel or any UPS store for pickup.

Returns / Exchanges (International Orders)

  • You are responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
  • International shipments should be marked as a “Merchandise Return” with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. You are responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
  • Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to My Heart’s Appeal upon delivery will be rejected.
  • All other applicable conditions and terms of our Return & Refund Policy apply to international returns.
